Aside from the wonderful win against Derbyshire, we discuss some big hitting from the Central Sparks, Daz gives an update from Nepal, Pete gets revenge on Jim, and we reveal some annoying cricketing terms.

After the debacle at Trent Bridge, we cheer ourselves up by naming our Food XI! We also discuss the England test squad, cricket world cup formats, that Darren Stevens innings and even listen to Eddie Grant!

We're back, and at the sixth time of asking the bad news is that we're no longer talking about draws.
Thankfully, there is some good news pudding; someone far more knowledgeable than us is on the show as we're joined by Women's Rapids captain Chloe Hill!
In addition to that there's a clean sweep on the honours board, and we've been finding our favourite strange dismissals...
